Juvenile Diversion
Program Guidelines
Attend counseling sessions as agreed upon.
Perform assigned hours of community service as scheduled by the program coordinator. Individuals arriving late or fail to show will be removed from diversion and case sent to Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court.
No illicit drugs or alcohol in individual's possession at anytime. You must be sober at all times.
Obey all work instructions provided by the work supervisor. Any grievances will be presented to the programs coordinator.
No friends or personal telephone calls are permitted at the work site. No cell phones, pagers, etc.
Anything found while working on the job site will be reported to the work supervisor. Nothing is to be taken from the work site without the work supervisor's consent.
The program coordinator will be informed of any appointment (doctor, dentist, Saturday school, etc.) that may interfere with upcoming scheduled workday. This will be done prior to the date of the scheduled appointment. An appointment does not necessarily excuse someone for missing an entire day of work.
