The Warrant Unit is staffed by one full time officer who is assisted by two part-time officers. The unit processes numerous warrants each year and picks up prisoners from different jail facilities and transport them back to the Cuyahoga County Jail which is a part of the Euclid Police Department complex. The warrant unit also collects bond monies on the warrants and other charges that are filed through the Euclid Prosecutor office. When posting a bond, exact amounts in cash are needed for the release of any person needing a bond on a warrant or citation.
