This search below includes accident reports beginning in 2015.
An incident or accident report number search must follow a seven digit format. There are no dashes between numbers. The first two numbers will be the last two in the year of the report.
a. Example for incident number 12345 in 2016 would be: 1612345
b. Example for incident number 123 in 2016 would be 1600123 (add two zeros after the year to make it a seven digit number)
