Ready to step inside the world of policing? The Euclid Police Citizens Police Academy is back, and this is your chance to experience law enforcement like never before! When: Wednesdays, January 7 – March 18, 2026. Time: 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. Where: Euclid Police Department, 545 East 222 Street. Over 10 weeks, participants will: Meet Chief Scott Meyer, detectives, officers, and civilian staff. Explore specialized units: Traffic • K-9 • Narcotics • Community Policing • Crisis Negotiations • EDGE/SWAT. Spend a night at the gun range, Take a field trip to the Chagrin Valley Dispatch Center, & Ride along with an officer to see policing in action. You must be at least 18-years-old and a resident of Euclid, or own a business in Euclid. Fingerprinting at EPD is required if selected (at no cost).
