Police Officer Exam

The City of Euclid Police Department will conduct an entrance examination for the position of Police Officer on December 8, 2019. Testing will be conducted by Cuyahoga Community College at their Western Campus Public Safety Training Center, 11000 Pleasant Valley Rd., in Parma Heights. Applicants must contact Carrie Havens at 216-987-3033 to register for the test. Sign-in will begin at 7:00am and testing will commence at 8:00am on December 8. A testing fee of $60 will be charged by Tri-C. OPOTA certification is NOT required. Successful candidates will be required to undergo physical agility testing prior to appointment, but this is not required prior to this examination. The Euclid Police Department offers a salary range of $57,651 – $65,255 plus excellent benefits (including $7,200 proficiency bonus and $1700 annual uniform maintenance not reflected in base pay, and 16 paid holidays.)
